Cyrille Turatsinze is a Development Facilitator and Gender Advisor with an educational background in Agriculture and Rural Development. He is trained in International Cooperation and Humanitarian Aid, Gender Transformative Programming, and Leadership for Environment and Development (LEAD). He specializes in green growth and gender-responsive policy and strategy, project management, partnership building, resource mobilization, community engagement, training facilitation, and humanitarian and emergency response.
Originally from Rwanda and currently residing in Canada, Cyrille has extensive leadership and management experience in government systems, community organizations, international NGOs, and the UN system.
He is also a member of both development and business networks, including serving as a Brand Ambassador for Onpassive.com, a Board Member of CHAQUA (Chambre de Commerce Quebec-Afrique), and the Founder of Serenity Investment Facilitation Ltd. Fluent in both French and English, Cyrille excels as a team player in multicultural environments and is passionate about promoting gender equality, women’s empowerment, and advocating for a world without discrimination.
